Modern conflict is no longer fought solely with soldiers, weapons, and military formations on physical battlefields. It is increasingly waged in courtrooms, international institutions, treaty negotiations, legal opinions, policy documents, and public narratives. Law itself has become a tool of power, a mechanism of pressure, and at times a battlefield in its own right.
